ProTraining.com is pleased to announce the following new features available on the T2 Platform for all our customers. If you have any questions about these features, don't hesitate to contact us.
Corporate Access Area - Self Registration
The T2 Platform includes an integrated "Facilitator Area" where you can create accounts for coporate divisions, instructors, or testing proctors. This area gives your facilitators the ability to add / edit users, grant exams or programs, and report on their progress. The T2 Platform now provides the ability to for facilitators to self register and begin using the system immediately. A typical example for the use of this functionality can be found at http://www.csdatraining.com/. CSDA allows their members to self register so they can immediately begin adding users and grant programs. Optionally, you can configure your site so that your facilitators can purchase credits for your programs and exams (see below).
Corporate Access Area - E-Commerce Credit Purchasing
Direct program / exam credit purchasing is now available for all facilitators. The T2 Platform now allows you to control exam / training program access by having your facilitators purchase credits in their facilitator area. Once they purchase credits, their new credits will appear in their 'account' for them to use for granting exams / programs to their users. This functionality is ideal for e-commerce exam / training sites that appeal to corporations or schools, or for self-facilitated exam proctoring sites.
User Progress Report Update
Along with the existing user exam completion details, the User Progress Report now includes live status on your users' Training Program progress. You can customize and save your exam / program list for future reporting. This report is available both in the administration area, as well as the facilitator / corporate user area.
Exam History Settings
You can now hide exam question details from your testing users if you do not want to reveal exam content after the user had completed his / her exam. This option is available on the main edit screen of each exam.
Requestable Programs
Along with having the option to set each Training Program as "Open" or "Private", you can now set them as "Requestable". If a program is set to "Requestable", they are only available by your users upon request. Once request, you can set them so they must be approved by an administrator, or have them automatically granted upon request (solely for tracking purposes). This features is available in the Programs area of your administration area.
