New Feature: Exam Requesting

If you are a ProExams customer, we would like to let you know about a new feature available to you on your exam site. This may or may not apply to how you are using your site, but it is available to you nonetheless, and may help you simplify your exam administration process. In your exam configuration area, you now have the ability to set an exam as a 'Requestable' exam for a more private, per request type of an exam. We therefore now have 4 types of exams (configurable on your Exam / Access tab):
- OPEN - Anyone can take this exam at any time
- PURCHASE - Your users must purchase this exam
- REQUEST - Your users can request this exam
- PRIVATE - You must grant this exam to your users. They cannot request it.
The exam request process works as follows:
- The user clicks on an exam, and selects request
- A notification is sent to you or your administrator letting you know an exam has been requested
- You then log into your administration area, and view list of Exam Requests under your users tab
- You simply select one or more of the exam request items, click approve, and their exam(s) will become available in their exam center.
