Tracey H - Management of Site Setup and Support
Around the office, Tracey wears the nametag 'Michael Phelps of Fooz'. Her quick reactions and uncanny ability to convert a longshot into a goal transfer over to her real job at ProTraining – building sites on our T2 Platform. Tracey just returned to us from a one year maternity leave where she spent the year teaching her beautiful daughter the basic rules of foosball (ok, maybe not). On non-work days she can be found enjoying the outdoors. Whether it be camping or climbing a mountain, Tracey is always on the go.
Greg K - Business Development
Before you choose ProTraining.com™, we know that you will have many questions. As each partner is unique, so to is Greg’s ability to find the perfect solution for your needs. A sincere workaholic, Greg can’t live without his alarm clock and more importantly can’t live without his favorite piece of technology – his Blackberry (for proof of his devotion and love of all things Blackberry, ask him about the time he lost it at Subway). Greg recently purchased a new house and will be up to his ears in renovations this summer – painting, carpeting and enjoying a few beers on the deck with Carole and his friends/family.
Chris L - Business Development Manager, Owner
As one of the founders of ProTraining.com™, Chris works to see our company grow through satisfied customers and strategic partnerships. A flying (and now motor-biking) enthusiast, Chris recently purchased his first motorcycle, a BMW R1200C cruiser, and can often be seen riding to work with the wind in his hair. If he wasn’t completely entrenched in building ProTraining, Chris could see himself as a 19th century philosopher; he stretches his philosophical muscle often onhis personal blog. He loves being a dad and can’t imagine living without his wife and dog Murphy. He’s our Jack of All Trades, and without-a-doubt makes coming to work at ProTraining a fun experience.
Jill L - Customer Care & Data Entry
With modern technology, things don't always run smoothly and Jill's ability to manage the support of your users is, frankly, one of the most important things we do at ProTraining. An avid runner who has participated in marathons all around the world, Jill can run 26 miles in the rain, the sun or the snow, nothing stops her! With Chris and their girls at her side, Jill spends her off time relaxing and hanging out with family/friends – let’s face it, nothing beats good friends and a nice glass of red wine. Jill is a vital part of our team and we are thrilled that she lets us lease Chris on a daily basis.
Dianne R - Finance & Customer Care
Dianne works hard to ensure that our accounting is accurate and timely, and that you receive your invoicing or partner payouts on time. A key piece in our financial network, Dianne also makes sure the ProTraining team gets paid, which guarantees her a spot at the foosball table and in our hearts. This summer will find Dianne doing lots of slurpee runs with Don and their kids and possibly enjoying a nice glass of red wine on a restaurant patio. An old fashioned girl at heart, her favorite piece of technology is the telephone…she probably doesn’t need much else - after all, Don collects enough Blackberries to cover the entire family.
Don R - Product Development Manager, Owner
If Don wasn’t an owner of ProTraining, he would be a jet pilot – fortunately for us, he’ll just have to settle for kicking butt at the foosball table instead of kicking butt in the sky. As the sole architect and original programmer of the T2 Platform, Don has always been the final say on what our product is and can be. Together with Chris, he works to identify and develop strategic ideas that will help ProTraining grow each day. He likes to be called “Mr. Riep”, but usually we just call him the New Gadget Research and Development Specialist and hope that he’s having an off day at the foosball table. As his wife Dianne can attest, his favorite piece of technology is the Blackberry (newest version, of course) and 9 times out of 10 you can find him early in the morning with a bagel in one hand and his Blackberry in the other, reading the morning paper and chatting with the team. As much as Don loves coming to work every day, he is equally jazzed at the end of the day about going home and spending precious time with Dianne and his kids, Mark and Courtney.
Christi M - Client Marketing Coordinator
Christi is a Newbie on the foosball table, but every once in a while, she gets one past Don. Christi uses her creativity to help our e-commerce clients with their marketing needs. She will make sure that the customization and design of your ProTraining.com™ site is a full reflection of your vision. Christi is our resident expert on all things Google and she will likely be the one to send you messages from time to time. When not spending time at work Christi is busy singing, mentoring a youth organization and spending time with her fiance Matt.
Ben A - Software Developer
Ben has mastered of the foreign language known as html. His ability to architect and build leading edge features ensures we continue to provide a first class software platform that all our customers enjoy today. Ben has faced Don many times on the foosball table and holds his own against his opponents. When Ben's not in the office, he's likely programming for other clients or getting away from the world by spending some time camping with his wife. Ben will soon be a proud papa as his wife is expecting and due in November!
Owen S - Technical Support Specialist
We consider each client a special partner, with unique needs and wants. Owen’s technical knowledge shines through on each and every request. When not brushing up on his foosball skills, Owen can be found lost in a book or playing the piano. If it’s on the computer, Owen's interested - so bring it on!…life is going to be busy for the newest member of the ProTraining team.
Cindy C - Application Development
A killer at the foosball table (with her partner Tracey covering the net), Cindy will be missed as she takes a one-year leave of absence to care for her new twin baby girls. We look forward to seeing Cindy back in competition in August 2009.
